All showing appointments on our listings are originated and tracked through our in-house marketing department and employ a staff of showing agents to book appointments, cross-sell comparable properties and to accompany certain showings.

"Feedback" from showings is promptly forwarded to our sellers. When an offer is presented, we negotiate to achieve the best price and favorable terms. We guide sellers through the paperwork, the inspections, and, ultimately, to a successful closing.

Relocating sellers benefit from the guidance of our award-winning relocation division. No matter where a seller is being transferred, our relocation staff smooth and streamline the sale and move, and refer sellers to an agent in our relocation network who will help them find a new home in their destination city.

Our buyers receive a Buyers Book with up-to-date information on neighborhoods and available properties that meet their criteria. If relocating to the GTA, they may receive a Dino Nunno Properties "Welcome to Toronto" packet, a compilation of detailed information on areas, neighborhoods, schools, entertainment and more. When a buyer makes a final selection and is ready to submit an offer, we furnish price histories and averages on comparable properties to help determine a realistic price point. We negotiate the offer and, once the property is under contract, guide them through inspections, loan approval, title company paperwork and the closing.
